The only property that had allocated parking is Foxdown 8 at South Bay. All of there properties parking is on a first come, first served basis. The are car parks located within a short walk to all of the properties. During dry weather it is also possible to park on the grass next to our properties in South Bay, with the exception of Foxdown 2 and Foxdown 3 where there is insufficient space due to access ramps on the properties. Should you require a park map showing the parking areas, please contact us and we will happily send you this.

All of our properties with the Exception of Foxdown 2 have WiFi available. An unlimited WiFi package is available at the rate of £15.00 per week for up to 5 devices. There is free WiFi available in the Bay View Bar at South Bay for those guests not wishing to purchase our WiFi package.

So I thought I would kick this off by telling you a little bit about myself. I am one of the owners of holidayhomes4rent.co.uk and responsible for the day to day running of the business, including managing all bookings and overseeing Guest arrivals/departures. I come from a hospitality/travel industry background and spent many years working in Hotels. Starting as a cellar boy and working through all departments up to Hotel General Manager. I have also worked in the Travel Industry, as cabin crew. I strongly believe in providing exceptional quality and a personal service, to ensure that your stay with us is as perfect as possible.

We always try to keep our prices as low as possible. Including entertainment passes in our prices would increase the holiday price. As not all of our guests want them/use them we decided to remove them and pass you back the savings. If you wish to purchase entertainment passes for South Bay, these are charged at £24 per caravan per stay (not per person). Passes for Waterside Holiday Park are charged at £6.30 per person, per week. Passes for both parks can be purchased from the parks receptions.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready on your arrival, however you will need to take your own towels/Tea-towels etc.

Our standard check in time is 3pm, and check out at 10am. However, with the new strict cleaning regime we have to ensure the property is properly cleaned and sanitised before your arrival, our check-in time is 4pm and check out is at 9am. If you arrive earlier, drop Allan a text message and he will be happy to advise you when you property will be ready.

I absolutely love the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam railway. It’s a great day out that can be enjoyed by the whole family kids and big kids alike!
